Staff and Students have access to the QMU Media Server. Within this they can record off air programmes and upload content. (Subject to copyright restrictions)
QMU also has a subscription to BUFVC Box of Broadcasts (BoB). This is an educational on-demand TV and Radio Service available to staff and 老司机视频s. (You can find a link to the service and training in the useful links section on this page)
